We are looking for a C# senior developer * team leader.
This is a small 4-man RAD project comprising 3 developers, 1 project manager plus adhoc support from the configuration management and test teams. The project is roughly 20% complete with the first phase due for completion around the end of July.
Key skills:
- 4 years+ general Windows development experience with particular experience of COM+ and XML
- 2 years+ experience of the .net framework with a strong preference for C# * WinForms (thick client) development.
- 2 year+ solid MS SQL Server experience, comfortable writing stored procedures etc.
- 1 year+ in a client facing analysis*system design role (see below)
Previous exposure to team leading*mentoring a small team of mixed ability.
Initially this person will work along side the technical lead on the project. The technical lead is a contractor so over the next 6 months the successful candidate will be expected to assume the project technical lead. Longer term the candidate will be expected to play the lead technical role in future small*medium scale .net projects.
